Job summary
The Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to lead the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab operations in Morristown, NJ, supporting a high-volume, state-of-the-art cardiovascular program.
You will drive staffing, budgets, quality, and coordinate with physicians and nursing colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care and expand regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; master's preferred.
- Current RN license and BLS required.
- 5 years in cath lab/EP with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and EP procedures.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily operations of the cath and EP labs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage lab personnel.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
- Lead quality assurance, outcomes, and staff engagement.
- Drove continuous improvement through data analysis and best practices.
- Serve as liaison with hospital leadership for strategic growth.
- Champion innovation in cardiovascular care and new procedures.
- Support regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs.
