Job summary

Job Juncture in New Jersey seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, supervising staff and coordinating invasive and angiographic procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations.

You will collaborate with physicians and leadership to drive service-line growth, assure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while developing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active NJ RN license required.
• Master's degree required within three years of start.
• 3–5 years RN experience in Cardiovascular and Cath Lab.
• Minimum 3 years acute care nursing supervisory experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications; IV certification.
• CCRN or RCIS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily Cath Lab operations for patient throughput.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of Cath Lab staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategy, goals and service line growth.
• Assist with billing, coding, supply management, and budgets.
• Implement quality assurance initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Coordinate education and supervision of patient care before, during, and after procedures.
