• Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments from admission to discharge.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes with appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and carry out physician orders safely and accurately.
• Develop and update nursing care plans and participate in treatment planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Provide leadership during shifts and offer staff support.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Educate patients and families with compassionate care.
