Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager for the MLK BHC Residential program to lead nursing operations and ensure quality client care. You will oversee staff performance, implement policies, and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration to support mission-driven services.

The role requires CA RN licensure, a BSN or equivalent, and at least seven years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibility in behavioral or community health settings. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California RN license and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Seven years of nursing experience in ambulatory, public, or community health.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff; manage interviewing, hiring, and evaluations.
• Provide clinical oversight of nursing treatment services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with medical, mental health, and substance use staff for coordinated care.
• Maintain documentation quality and timely chart reviews; ensure policies are followed.
