• Assist in planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations on a 24-hour basis.
• Support nursing leadership and contribute to the ongoing operations of the Nursing Department.
• Coach and evaluate the work performance of patient care staff.
• Collaborate with other patient care departments to enhance patient care operations.
