HSHS Medical Group seeks a Manager-Nursing for the Surgery - Ambulatory Surgery Center in O'Fallon, IL. You will oversee the nursing unit operations, lead staff, and collaborate with physicians and administration to ensure exceptional patient care.

The role requires a BSN, RN licensure, and at least 3 years of staff nursing plus leadership experience. Day shift, full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• May consider a candidate who is currently enrolled and a BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
• Licensed in state of practice (RN) is required.
