Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Current RN licensure in NC or compact state; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for ambulatory clinics and nursing staff.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and budget awareness.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and coordinate onboarding and staff development.
• Collaborate with physicians and APP leaders to support patient safety and service recovery.
