Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least 3 years in clinical health care or related field.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• At least 2 years in customer or member/patient service.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Credentials from multiple states may be required; primary licensure must be active at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities for others and fosters collaboration across teams.
• Manages designated work unit by translating plans into action and measuring progress.
• Oversees ambulatory operations to support patient care and budget management.
• Ensures standardized care delivery by partnering with physicians and senior staff.
• Leads improvement projects and monitors performance metrics tied to department goals.
