Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of leadership experience with or without direct reports.
• Minimum three (3) years of customer or member/patient service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or directly related field and minimum five (5) years of experience in health care operations OR minimum eight (8) years in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of ambulatory operations to support patient care and performance targets.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with physicians and care teams to ensure high quality care.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clinical supervision, ensure staff competency and licensing, and direct care delivery within the unit.
