Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Nurse Manager (Acute Rehab) to lead nursing operations in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will supervise care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes while developing staff and fostering accountability.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, ACLS within a year, CRRN within eligibility, and at least five years of inpatient nursing leadership experience. Advanced degree preferred, with a focus on patient-centered rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within one year of hire.
• CRRN certification required within one year of eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience, including recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Prior leadership experience in a charge nurse, lead nurse, supervisor, or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage staff performance, resolve issues, and drive positive patient and operational outcomes.

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
