Job summary

The role requires MSN or related master's, six years nursing with four in healthcare management, and RN licensure with BCLS; ACLS and PALS within a year. You will lead care delivery, ensure patient safety, and manage budget and staffing in a fast-paced environment.

• MSN or master's degree in a related field and six years of nursing experience with four years in healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to staff to meet short- and long-term goals and ensures ongoing education and credentialing.
• Collaborates across the organization, fosters effective communication, and serves as a resource to staff and departments.
• Coordinates nursing care with other disciplines and ensures quality and safety in the care environment.
• Promotes a culture of safety and implements performance improvement measures for metrics with leadership oversight.
• Assists in budget planning and resource allocation for designated areas and supports governance structures.
