The role requires escalation of quality, safety, and patient-centered care, with accountability for staffing, workflow optimization, and cross-disciplinary collaboration within a large health system.

Formación

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; MSN or related field pursued within two years of appointment? (as stated)
• Six years of nursing experience with at least two years in healthcare management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to 7 South nursing staff to meet goals and ensure standards.
• Collaborate across the organization; foster communication and serve as a resource.
