Holton Community Hospital in Holton, KS is seeking a Nurse Manager of Acute & ER to lead the Emergency Department and acute nursing services in a rural Critical Access setting.

The role provides operational, clinical, and administrative oversight, collaborates with nursing leadership, physicians, EMS, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and high-quality care; trauma program management is included.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• At least 1 year nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RN license issued by Kansas State Board (or multistate).
• BLS and ACLS required on hire.
• PALS and TNCC required within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ED and Acute Nursing services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Provide operational, clinical, and administrative leadership.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing, physicians, EMS, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
