Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse required; national certification preferred.
• BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Three years of recent experience in field; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage nursing practice and operations on the Unit.
• Lead orientation, education, and staff competency development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Promote evidenced-based practice and influence staff through QAPI and committees.
