Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state; BLS required; ACLS and PALS within one year.
• ICU/SCU/ED/PACU RN experience; ACLS/PALS within one year.

• Provide clinical leadership and direct patient care in ICU.
• Coordinate daily unit operations and patient flow.
• Mentor staff and promote teamwork and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with providers, respiratory therapists, and care management.
