Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school; ASN also acceptable with 10 years behavioral health experience.
• 18 months in clinical, managerial and administrative roles; 2 years in psychiatric direct patient care.

The Nurse Manager: maintains oversight of unit based Clinical Service lines in identified building in order to ensure quality, integrity, and excellence of treatment delivered in a fiscally responsible manner; plans and develops program goals and directs efforts towards meeting goals; provides support, direction, and supervision of assigned staff; manages response to patient/family complaints or grievances; develops services and programs to ensure financial viability and regulatory compliance; supports marketing, development, and community relations activities.
