Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing or 10 years of behavioral health experience and ASN. 18 months in clinical, managerial and administrative experience preferred. 2 years in psychiatric direct patient care nursing.
• A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
• An advanced knowledge of state and federal regulatory and various accreditation requirements related to behavioral health management.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit based Clinical Service lines in identified building to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and develop program goals; direct efforts toward meeting goals; provide staff supervision and direction.
• Respond to patient/family complaints or grievances in a timely manner.
• Develop services and programs to ensure financial viability and regulatory compliance.
