The Nurse Manager maintains oversight of unit-based clinical service lines within a designated building to ensure quality, integrity, and excellence of treatment delivered in a fiscally responsible manner. Responsibilities include planning and developing program goals, providing support, direction, and supervision of staff, managing responses to patient and family complaints or grievances, developing services to ensure financial viability and regulatory compliance, and supporting marketing, development, and community relations activities.
