The Nurse Manager is responsible for:

1. Supervising the quality of treatment and patient care.
2. Managing staffing and administration of a nursing unit or floor.

4. Managing the financial, human, and other resources to ensure the provision of quality patient care in an assigned area over a twenty-four-hour period.

Qualifications include:
