Job summary

Minden Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our Inpatient Rehab Unit with empathy and consistency, guiding safe, high-quality rehabilitative nursing care while fostering a customer-service mindset for patients and families.

You will coordinate daily operations, coach staff, partner with therapy and providers, monitor quality and safety, and use data to drive improvements in patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN Licensure (LA State Board of Nursing or multistate).
• Direct clinical nursing experience; rehabilitative nursing care preferred (3 years), with 1 year required.

You'll provide Leadership that keeps our Rehab Unit aligned, patient focused, and ready to help people regaining function and confidence. This role exists to guide safe, high-quality rehabilitative nursing care while supporting a consistent, customer service mindset.
