Minden Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our Inpatient Rehab Unit, ensuring safe, high-quality rehabilitative care with a customer service mindset. You will guide the team to enhance patient progress and confidence, while aligning operations with daily goals.

As a leader, you will partner with therapy and other disciplines, monitor care quality, and foster clear communication with patients and families throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN Licensure (LA State Board of Nursing or multistate).
• Direct clinical nursing experience; rehabilitative nursing care preferred (3 years), with 1 year required.
