Job summary

Rennes is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Service Department at our DePere facility in Wisconsin. You will plan, organize, develop, and direct staff to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards and to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• State of Wisconsin nursing license is required.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a nursing environment.
• Member of State of Wisconsin DON Association preferred.

Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and/or the Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
