Under direction of the Administrator and Director of Nursing, you will ensure regulatory compliance, staff development, and a culture of compassionate care while promoting a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin nursing license required.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in a nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times under leadership of the Administrator and Director of Nursing.

Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and/or the Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications: Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Possesses State of Wisconsin nursing license
