Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s) required.
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
