Quality Correctional Care (QCC) seeks skilled RNs or LPNs to join our mission-driven healthcare team. You will provide comprehensive medical care to justice-involved patients, administer medications, perform intakes, and respond to sick calls across multiple NE Indiana correctional facilities.

Floating assignments require staying in Indiana resident status and readiness for day or night shifts. Responsibilities include chronic disease management, patient education, and acting as a clinical

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana or Compact LPN or RN licensure.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push, pull, reach and bend frequently.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform medical intakes.
• Respond to sick calls and coordinate with medical providers.
• Change dressings as required and conduct 14‑day physicals.
• Manage chronic care and provide patient education.
• Respond to medical emergencies and lead as needed.
