Job summary

Franklin Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Nurses (LPN or RN) to join our care team in Franklin, Tennessee. This full-time role offers day and night shifts and a supportive, family-like environment focused on residents’ well-being.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN or RN license for Tennessee, current CPR/BLS certification, and a dedication to high-quality patient care within a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
