Job summary

Pilot Butte Rehab Center in Bend, Oregon, seeks an LPN or RN to provide compassionate resident care in a fast-paced, family-style setting. You will administer medications, supervise staff, and support the nursing team to uphold quality outcomes.

You currently hold an active LPN or RN license in good standing. New grads are welcome; typical candidates have one year of supervisory healthcare experience. The role offers strong benefits and a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, medication assistance/administration, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.

As an LPN/RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well‑being.

You Will

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing
