Regency Pacific Management is seeking an LPN or RN to provide high‑quality resident care in our Washington state residence. Responsibilities include medication assistance, nursing services, supervising staff, and ensuring comfort and safety in a home‑like environment.

The role involves training personnel, adhering to treatment plans, infection control, documentation, and responding to health emergencies within RN scope and state rules.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Typically 1 year of supervision experience in healthcare; new grads encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and medications under RN scope and state regulations.
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing.
• Ensure care aligns with resident plans and infection control procedures.
• Document and communicate resident care updates.
• Assess health emergencies and determine necessary actions per scope of practice.

Shift Differential Offered

As an LPN/RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You Will

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Train staff and report to the director of nursing
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents

You Currently

• Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing
• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
