Pilot Butte Rehab Center in Bend, Oregon seeks an LPN to provide skilled nursing care and medication assistance in a fast-paced, family-like setting. You will train staff, support resident well-being, and help manage daily care per plans while promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing.
• New grads encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
