Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation team. You will provide direct nursing care, follow care plans, administer medications, and work with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and physicians to support residents.

Eligible candidates hold an active LPN license, have strong clinical skills, and excel in communication and teamwork. We welcome new grads and are committed to professional growth and a supportive, inclusive culture.
