NewCourtland is seeking a Director of Staff Development & Quality Improvement in Philadelphia, PA. This on-site role leads nursing education, infection control, and quality assurance, guiding admission screening and staff development across the facility.

Requirements include a BSN with licensure as an RN in Pennsylvania and a current BCLS. MSN is strongly recommended; 5 years of LTC nursing experience with 2–3 years in education/management are desired. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN is required; MSN is strongly recommended.
• PA RN license and current BCLS certification.
