Job summary

Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Part Time Evening Nurse Leader to develop a comprehensive view of patients, families, and caregivers and ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes delegation, collaboration, critical thinking, communication, and adherence to policy; requires a BSN within 3 years (or ASN grandfathered), valid RN license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the NL specialty.
• Valid RN license in state where services are provided. CPR certification required.
• BSN within 3 years of employment; ASN grandfathered for hires before 12/1/17.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an overall view of patients, family, and caregivers by establishing strong partnerships dedicated to optimal care.
• Facilitate delivery of patient care through delegation, collaboration, critical thinking, and prioritization.
• Accountable for the management of care and the care environment by ensuring effective communication among the healthcare team.
• Independently plan and provide professional nursing care per physician orders and hospital/policies.
