Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and general administration of the hospital in coordination with hospital leadership.
• Coordinate with hospital administration in the absence of senior leaders.
• Address public relations, safety, risk exposure, patient and staff satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and asset protection.
• Lead and supervise nursing and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality care and regulatory compliance.
