MyMichigan Health is seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee 24/7 patient care across inpatient and outpatient units. The role links nursing management to care delivery through policy application and organizational standards.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews while ensuring excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities include directing care delivery, collaborating with physicians and administration, and designing unit-specific process improvements.

Formación

• Two years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or similar setting.
• One year of inpatient or outpatient Hemodialysis experience in the last 3–5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Directs all patient care activity in inpatient and outpatient units with ongoing evaluation, treatment and discharge planning.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, hiring, disciplining and evaluating employees per policy; conducts Job Performance Reviews.
• Leads budgeting, program development, and policy creation for the unit; collaborates with physicians and administration.
