Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• BSN degree required.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare experience, geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote Trinity Health PACE mission, values and behaviors.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Manage department budget and supply ordering; identify cost savings.
• Mentor and coach staff; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Oversee clinic operations as central PACE hub and participate in IDT meetings.
