Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active CPR certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, with emphasis in geriatrics.
• At least 1 year of experience with frail or elderly populations (or training on hire).
• Strong leadership, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar/email tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services across community, day center, and clinic settings.
• Lead by example, promoting Trinity Health PACE values among staff and participants.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve operational goals and manage budgets.
• Foster collaboration across divisions and coordinate with primary care teams.
• Monitor compliance and participate in disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and address staffing needs.
