UCHealth University of Colorado Health seeks an experienced nurse leader for the Outpatient Infusion Center in Aurora. The role is onsite, full‑time with days shifts, and pays $42.90–$66.50 per hour depending on experience.

The incumbent supports Nurse Manager duties, oversees unit operations, drives caregiver performance, and ensures adherence to standards of care to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing; Master's in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure in good standing required.
• 3 years of experience in related clinical areas.
• BLS CPR required by AHA or Red Cross; card valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Nurse Manager with staff evaluation and development of standards of care.
• Provide coaching and direct patient care; collaborate with CNS/Educator on education needs.
• Manage resources and ensure appropriate staffing and patient flow across the unit.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of patient care protocols and strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
