Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• State RN licensure is required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required; CPR must be valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Determines staffing level and assignments based on staff availability, census, and patient acuity.
• Provides direct patient care as needed and assists with problem-solving across shifts.
