Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care related to infusion services based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitors, communicates patient condition across disciplines and coordinates with team for transfers, discharge, referrals and support needs.
• Educates patient and/or family appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
• Effectively delegates patient care to staff; may precept students and new hires.
• Maintains ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
