Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Two years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities during your tour of duty according to standards and regulations.
• Assist in directing nursing services, policies, and procedures to ensure quality resident care.
• Participate in the facility's quality assurance program and coordinate with other departments as needed.
