Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of nursing personnel and operations through regular rounds.

• Respond to acute unit codes and manage clinical emergencies.
• Collaborate with Nursing Directors and other departments to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Participate in orientation and training of registry/traveler staff and new employees.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations; manage staffing within budget.
