You will lead interdepartmental collaboration, support workforce management, and partner with Nursing Leadership to maintain a patient-centric culture. Evening/night shifts may be included, with opportunities to influence care quality across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 3 years nursing experience.
• Patient-and Family-Centered Practice knowledge and collaboration with patients, families, and care partners.
• Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient movement and flow across the health system.
• Provide leadership for operational activities across departments and shifts.
• Support staffing, emergency management, and clinical coordination.
