Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in a hospital or allied health setting.
• Experience with transplant and/or cardiovascular services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Transplant Program and Transplant Nurse Coordinator team.
• Oversee nursing operations across pre-transplant, transplant, and post-transplant services.
• Drive quality metrics, patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
• Lead collaboration with surgeons, physicians, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
