Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Transplant Infectious Diseases physician to support growth of our stem cell and solid organ transplant programs.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent.
• Completion of accredited ACGME training program and Infectious Disease Fellowship.
• BC/BE Infectious Disease physician.
• Specialty training or experience/interest in managing infections in immunocompromised hosts.
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of the Stem Cell Transplant (SCT) and Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) programs in Hershey, PA.
• Rotating inpatient/outpatient consultations focusing on Transplant Infectious Diseases with opportunities to maintain experience in General Infectious Diseases.
• Engage in teaching within Penn State College of Medicine and residency programs at Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center.
• Advance clinical and academic missions of the Transplant Infectious Diseases subspecialty.
