Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission of donors and recipients for surgery
• Coordinate care for transplant patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Work with Organ Procurement Organization, physicians, and hospital staff to match candidates
• Ensure pre-transplant evaluations and tests are completed and results reviewed
• Participate in post-transplant care and 24-hour on-call coverage as needed
