Job summary

UF Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Nurse Leader, a unit-based, masters-prepared RN who provides clinical and analytical support to a multidisciplinary team toward excellence in patient and family experience, outcomes, and nurse satisfaction.

The role leads clinical practice improvements, embeds nursing science into care, and champions evidence-based reform of unit delivery systems, driving best practices into daily operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing required.
• Knowledge of regulatory agency standards (TJC, AHA) and Florida Nurse Practice Act.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/STABLE to be obtained within stated deadlines.
• Experience in clinical leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership through multidisciplinary team activities.
• Support nursing research, education and practice.
• Embed nursing science into practice and advocate for unit system reform.
