Job summary

Immanuel Pathways PACE in Windsor Heights, IA is seeking a RN Clinical Practice Manager to oversee clinical services across home, clinic, and participant center locations. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the Executive team to sustain high-quality, participant-centered care.

The role requires a bachelor-level health administration degree and 3 years of health-care management experience, plus experience with the frail or elderly population.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration is required.
• Three years of management experience in a health care organization are required.
• One year of experience working with the frail or elderly population is required or must be completed during the first six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across home, clinic, and participant center.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement across departments.
• Manage budgets, equipment maintenance, and contract compliance.
