Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN) to lead daily clinical operations, ensuring safe, patient-centered care. You will mentor bedside nurses and partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

In this leadership role you will oversee workflow, support staff development, and drive quality and safety initiatives across the unit, while coordinating resources to sustain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coach and support nursing staff effectively.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day clinical workflow to promote patient safety and quality care
