Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center is seeking an ASC Manager to lead a small ambulatory surgery center with 1–2 operating rooms and under 30 staff. You will plan, organize and direct all facility activities in line with organizational policies and objectives, prioritizing patient safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare or similar discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of ASC experience preferred.
• At least one year of leadership experience required.
• Current RN license required.
• Demonstrable leadership, management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the United States and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASC operations for 1–2 operating rooms with a team under 30 staff.
• Develop clinical procedures ensuring patient safety and quality of care.
• Oversee admissions, discharges and pre-admission criteria.
• Monitor budget variances and implement cost-containment measures.
• Collaborate with HR for staff policy development and staff communication.
• Coordinate MEC, Governing Body and QAPI meetings and initiatives.
