Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center is seeking an ASC Manager to lead a small ambulatory surgery center with 1–2 operating rooms and under 30 team members. You will plan, organize, and direct all activities to align with organizational policies and goals, prioritizing patient safety and financial stewardship.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and 3–5 years ASC experience plus at least one year in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare or similar discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of ASC experience preferred.
• At least one year of leadership experience required.
• Current RN license, BLS certification, and right to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership, management, communication and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a small Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or subset with 1–2 operating rooms and under 30 staff.
• Plan, organize, and direct facility activities per policies and objectives.
• Ensure patient safety, environment of care, and cost containment decisions.
• Develop clinical procedures, admission/discharge criteria, and cost reduction proposals.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff; maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Monitor patient experience and resolve service issues; collaborate with HR and vendors.
